Al, to make these brioche buns morning ready, you can prepare the recipe up until the final rise. Instead of letting it rise at room temperature, cover it with plastic wrap and then put it right in the fridge to rest overnight (about 12-16 hours). The brioche buns will proof in the fridge overnight, so you can take them out just while the oven preheats the next morning (about 15-20 minutes) and then bake as you normally would. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
