Hi! I love brioche and definitely want to give this recipe a try. Would it be possible to make these in muffin or popover pans or do you really need the cool muffin papers? If I do, where can I find the muffin papers? Lauren - If you like, we offer the mini round pans here on this site. And you can make brioche in whatever vehicle you like - muffin pans, popover pans, freeform, whatever. Just fill whatever half to perhaps a bit more than half full, to allow for rising. Enjoy! - PJH
