Hi PJ, I would like to make the brioche in my bread machine. You said it's ready to put in the fridge after the kneading cycle. Does that mean I don't wait until the bread rises in the machine, just take it out when the kneading cycle finishes? It looks so delicious I can't wait to try it. Alvara No, Alvara, let it go through its entire dough cycle (including rising), then put it in the fridge (covered). It really is a fun dough to work with, and makes delicious bread of all kinds. As I said, can't believe I've avoided it up till now! PJH
