Hi: Want to make a loaf of brioche in a pullman pan - 13" x 4" x 4". (to slice for use with pate). Trying to figure out how much flour to use for my pan. My guess is 4 cups and other ingredients adjusted to that amount?? Suggestions please. Thanks. Jack
