I want to try these for Easter morning. All of the posts are from 2009 and here it is, 2010. I have two questions. On the rum, do you want white, gold, or dark? And, the muffing scoop, is that a #10? Thanks Sherry, muffin scoop we use is a #16; #10 would be slightly larger. Any type of rum is fine - your call. Enjoy! PJH
