I love making hot cross buns… But now I need to avoid wheat because of an adult onset immune response wheat allergy. I wish there was a way of making decent gluten-free hot cross buns that didn’t taste like gritty biscuits. I have tried many things and I’ve yet to come across anything that I would want to eat. I don’t suppose you have any miracle advice?
