I also like to put a bit of cardamom in my Hot Cross Buns. Yumm! Even in Oregon it seems like winter will never end when we get to this part of February. I'm heading for the kitchen right now! You're right, cardamom is EXCELLENT in HC buns. I'd forgotten that - thanks for the reminder, Penny. I hope your flowers bloom soon- PJH
