How long can the precooked dough sit before adding the cheese and final toppings? Can these be make ahead for a party and the final 10 minutes with toppings right before serving? Par-baked dough can sit at room temperature for several days... so long as the dough is set (and the yeast killed), it's pretty stable. PJH
