This looks fabulous! Like everyone else, I am eager to get to work on it! One question. I have a big supply of active yeast in the freezer. What's the best way to convert this recipe so I don't have to run out for instant yeast. We're on a super-tight budget! Thanks! I love this blog! Just use double the amount of active dry, and dissolve it in some water first. Not a problem - enjoy! PJH
