Stumbled into King Arthur Flour site via Peter Reinhart's The Bread Bakers Apprentice which lists the site as a resource. Have been making Lahey's no knead bread for quite a while now and struggled with some of the same issues of handling this glop of gluten. Love the bread. Will try the pizza.
