I hate to work with sticky doughs. I got about half way through the pics and decided I was not messing with this one... until I got to the picture of the crust. I looks like ciabatta. And the fact that you can start it the day before may make it a "recipes to try" contender. :) Bridgett, the nice thing is, you don't really "work" with this dough; you just kinda shove it around a bit. Oil your hands. Trust me - YOU CAN DO THIS. PJH
