Once again KAF is trying to fatten us up. The pizza dough was exactly as described. For toppings I used Brie, Elk Sausage, Fresh Mushrooms, and roasted Garlic. Truly dangerous. The crust was Crispy, Soft and delicious. Most of all it was easy. Thank You Wow - that sounds like an interesting pizza. Very "earthy." Thanks for sharing here - PJH
