Hiii, I am back. Thank you so much for your reply, it does help. I end up using an all purpose flour and mix the baking powder with the flour, and the brownies come up better. Thanks again, really glad to find KAF although I cant get the flour here :) Oh, Grace- thanks so much for letting me know, I was wondering how those brownies did with the ingredients you were able to use. Practice makes perfect, I guess! :) PJH
