I've made this recipe before, and the brownies are awesome. Do you know the true shelf life of these brownies if let at room temp? Of course, they were gobbled up before I could do proper testing! Also, do they freeze well? Thanks! Yes, Marisa, they're so moist that they do freeze quite well. They'll gradually dry out in the freezer, though, so try not to freeze for weeks at a time. As for shelf life at room temperature - again, they'll gradually dry out, with the edges getting hard first. But I'd reckon they'd be good for 3 to 4 days, at least? PJH
