Thank you so much for the feedback. I do have an oven thermometer and happened to use my oven tonight. It was actually running about 50 degrees hot, instead of 75 cold. It's a gas oven, about 6 years old, and I'm not too used to it since I've used electric most of my life. Could the oven thermometer have gone bad and isn't reading the temp right? I plan on baking another batch this coming weekend and will let you know how it turns out. :)
