I have seen a number of folks ask about high altitude, but what about those us us living at sea-level? My elevation is 42 ft. Will that affect the techniques or ingredients described here? Thanks in advance! Jim, sea level is just fine (aside from the melting polar ice cap...) No adjustments necessary. PJH
