Hi - This looks like the kind of brownie I've been looking for! I have a question though, the instructions on the blog say to use 2 cups of sugar to be melted with the butter but the recipe says that there are 2 1/4 cups of sugar. Does the extra 1/4 cp get added in later or are we supposed to just use 2 cups ? thanks, jo It's a slight variation of the recipe - we've gone back and forth between the two amounts, Jo. I always use 2 cups (and I'll take a look at that recipe and see where I was with the 2 1/4 cups). Thanks for pointing it out. PJH
