I did these in my aluminum nordicware making no muffin tin and sprayed a very good layer of Trader Joe's coconut oil nonstick cooking spray - it puddled a little actually - and they popped out when I inverted onto a rack right out of the oven. The second batch I let cool for a bit and I had to loosen a little with a knife first but there was still no real sticking. Skip the flour and just grease or oil you pan.
