I love these brownies. I had to rename them the "Oh My God Brownies". That's what friend after friend said after taking one bite. I used Hershey Special Dark Cocoa, Ghirardelli Bittersweet Chocolate baking chips, and the King Arthur Espresso Powder (store that in the fridge if you don't want to find a hockey puck in your pantry). I've made this recipe several times. Make sure your oven is the right temp and you don't over bake them-or they'll be "Meh Brownies".
