Becky, the baking time would be much shorter in a mini muffin pan; check after 15 minutes; you can always bake a little more, but there's no reverse gear for the oven! We've never had trouble with our recipes sticking, but if you're making individual brownies anyhow, why not just use mini muffin papers? Susan
