Hiii. I made this recipe twice now, but I can't seem to get the shiny flaky top. But the brownies were perfect though. I melted the sugar and butter until it simmers to the point that I can't even touch the bowl without using a cloth. But i can't seem to get the flaky shiny top at all. Please explain what I'm doing wrong. I reallyyyy wanna get that shiny top. Thank you so much
