These look great. I think these are in my near future. And I love the feature on the recipe page to switch between volume and weight! (Is that new, or have I just never noticed it before?) I seem to be pulling out my scale much more often these days for baking purposes, and it's so lovely and precise. NEW as of last July - so "relatively" new, Jules. I love my scale - wouldn't bake without it. PJH
