Hi Sue! If it's going to be for more than a couple of days, we'd recommend wrapping them really well with a few layers of plastic wrap and freezing them until the morning of. They can thaw on the counter and then you can bake them at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes until they're warm. If they're darkening, you can cover them with foil. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
