Any tips on making the dough and forming these the day before? Who wants to wake up early on Valentine's Day? ;-) I saw in wikianswers that 1/8 tsp. lemon oil = 1 tsp. lemon extract = 1 tsp. lemon zest. I don't know if this is true, but I think I will try substituting mostly lemon zest and maybe 1/4 tsp. lemon extract. It is the good stuff that I bought from K.A., after all. It is worth a try. I would take them through the shaping , let them rise about 20 minutes then refrigerate them over night, wrapped. In the morning pull them out and let them warm up and finish rising ( maybe 1-2 hours). Bake and enjoy! Maru @ KAF
