this looks fantastic. how long does the pie keep? do you have to make it just enough time to cool and then serve, or does it keep a few days or what? other meringue pies I've tried seem to need to be served fresh its just gorgeous tho Just like other baked goods, the pie will be best when fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers for 1-2 days. ~ MaryJane
