Hi - I have a mini Zojirushi bread machine, and am not sure it will hold all of the starter plus the 3 1/2 cups of flour. Do you think this recipe would work well halved, or should I just give the full recipe a shot? Thanks for all your help! Claire, give the full recipe a shot, but once the dough is kneaded, take it out of the machine and let it rise in a bowl or big measuring cup. I think it'll knead it just fine, but may not be able to hold it once it's fully risen. Good luck - PJH
