To Chari Class: I've been boosting fiber, too. In addition to using the white wheat (and I also like the 12 grain blend), I recently started adding the High-Maize fiber. It does not change the texture or taste and can be used in so many things. Cindy Cindy, I just made pizza today with Hi-maize - you're right, you'd never know it was there. I used 1/2 cup Hi-maize and 2 1/2 cups King Arthur bread flour. - PJH
