You've gotten me again, PJ! Guess what I will be doing tomorrow? :) I have been looking for a good bagel recipe and I think this one will be lovely. The fact that you post photos on your recipes really is a deal maker for me. I am visual and have to see what it is that I am making so that I can have something to compare it to when I am finished. Photos do help, don't they? But don't stress if yours don't look exactly like mine - there are so many variables of weather, climate, storage conditions of flour, kitchen temp., etc. We each have our own way of doing things, and how they come out - and they're ALL good.
