These look delicious and fun, too. No offense to lovers of the mint-chocolate combo, but it's never been a favorite of mine. Could I eliminate the mint without affecting the recipe? Sure, Pam - Not a problem. How about some espresso powder in that white icing, though, for mocha brownies? Or not; of course they'd be delicious just in their own chocolatiness... PJH
