Hi Paige, it's hard to give you exact percentages that will fit with any recipe, since recipes can vary in how much they will rise, but a rough approximation would be to multiply the weight of each ingredient in a recipe geared for an 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" pan by 1.5 when you want to bake it in a 13" X 4" X 4" Pullman pan. For recipes that are baked in a 9" X 5" pan, multiply the weight of each ingredient by 1.25.
