Hi Donna, we have another delightful Pain de Mie recipe written for the 9" X 4" pullman pan, but if you'd like to convert this particular recipe to your smaller pain de mie pan, you could multiply the weight of each ingredient in the larger recipe by .63. This should give you a version of this recipe that fits nicely in your smaller pan.
