Hi, Jim! We have a complete line of organic flours, including bread flour. If you're thinking of 100% whole wheat, though, this is not a type of bread flour. (Bread flours are never, by definition, whole wheat.) You can learn more about our organic flours here: Organic Flours. The bread flour is the one with the blue stripe on the bag. Happy baking!
