I just made the wheat pain de mie, and it's wonderful except for one thing. When I removed the top during baking, it tore the corners, Any ideas on how to prevent that? Other than that, it's great, and I'm hoping my family will agree to let this be our daily bread now! Karen, top the risen dough with a rectangle of parchment, cut to fit; or spray the lid thoroughly with non-stick vegetable oil spray... PJH
