Made this today.....my first ever loaf of bread....it was very yummy. I found that it took a little longer than 10 minutes after I removed the top (which was an adventure in itself) but all and all I think it came out very well. I'll definately make it again and maybe I'll get brave and try another bread! Good for you, Jennifer! Welcome to the World of Yeast. Hope you didn't burn yourself getting that top off... PJH
