Hi Sue, this recipe is designed to fit in a 13" Pain de Mie Pan, which has a volume of 208 inches cubed. Your pan has a volume of about 96 inches cubed, which means that just shy of a half batch will fit nicely in your pan. To keep things simple, try dividing all of the ingredients in half. You can pull off a small portion and bake it separately on a baking sheet as a roll or small boule. Bake both the loaf and roll until the internal temperature reaches at least 190 degrees F.
