I have had the pan for years, but only used it a few times as the results were unsatisfactory. I make some pretty good dinner rolls BUT I really want a loaf that my husband will eat for sandwiches and this looks like it. One question...must I use instant yeast? I like active dry and that's what I keep in the frig.
