Thank you so much KAF team. I baked my loaf today and it came out perfectly. Many thanks. As per your suggestion, I used 1/2 cup dry milk instead of potato flour and made some alteration in the proportion of milk and water. Also reduced yeast to 1 1/4 teaspoon since my place is quite warm. Wish I could upload a picture of my loaf :) next would be a whole wheat loaf.
