We're glad to hear we were able to get you a working pan and lid and that now you're ready to bake. If you don't have potato flour or flakes, you can use 1/2 cup of non-fat dry milk, which will help add tenderness and richness to the dough. If that's not an option either, you can use 1 cup of lukewarm milk in place of the water and omit the potato flour all together. You may need to add a few tablespoons of extra flour to the dough if it feels sticky or wet, but otherwise no other changes are necessary. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
