Hi KAF team, what a beautiful recipe. I have recently got a 13 by 4 by 4 Pullman loaf tin. The lid was too tight and the problem has got resolved with your help. Thanks a lot. My query is what do I do if I donot have potato flour or potato flakes. Do i just omit it or use apf equal to that weight? Thanks in advance.
