I need to rate this recipe. This is my absolute favorite bread for sandwiches. The neighbor kids call it "magic bread." I was able to supply my neighbor's teen boys with enough of this "magic" bread that i was able to get free help moving this past December, Thank you Simon, George, Ninos for all the help, and thank you Traci and Wael for having such great kids. Hi Abi.. This bread is 5 stars all the way. Please print the recipe on the site for the 9 inch loaf pan, as I have both and no longer have my awesome neighbors to give the large one to. I saw it on the blog, but it needs to be on the site as well. Thanks for such a great recipe! PS your King Arthur edition pan is better than the regular USA pan i got elsewhere (the lid pops off) so be sure you buy the pan from King Arthur. --L
