here we go again..... another version!
I made soft rye today. Awesome!
I used barley malt syrup instead of sugar.
I used 2 cups AP flour, 1/4 cup High MAize, and `2 1/4 cups rye flour.
I added 2 tsp dill weed, 1 Tbsp caraway seeds, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 Tbsp dried onion flakes.
IT's delicious. Just like a soft rye.
