I'm embarrassed to say, I've had this pan for over 10 years and have never used it. Bad me. However, I just got into baking again and I am definitely going to try this. It just looks so beautiful. Thanks for this Blog (I really didn't know what a 'Blog' was)lol I've been copying all the tips that's been provided, hoping to avoid a failure.
