PJ -- I'm thinking this might be a record number of posts on a recipe!!! Lots of good information from all of the bloggers. Thanks for the clarification about the milk and water temps. Also, I'm very much interested in the book you recommended about artisan bread. My hubby and I spent T'giving in Madrid, Spain, visiting our youngest daughter and family. We are addicted to the Spanish bread, and would love to be able to duplicate it here. Can't wait to read your blog in March!
