I just wanted to say how excited I am right now. I finally got a Zo' yesterday for Christmas after reading about them on this blog all the time. I've decided my first bread will be this Challah. I have another get-together with family this afternoon, so I'm hoping to wow them with my mad braiding skills. (Okay, this will be the first time I've made a braided bread, but I'm feeling confident today!) Thanks so much for touting the Zo' all the time! I'm sure it will get plenty of use. My brother's already requested fresh bread each day for the remainder of his stay up north, and my dad has always been a bread fiend. The mess is the biggest reason I don't make bread more often, but this eliminates quite a bit of that.
