Hi PJ, I've made the cheese crackers in the KAF Baker's Companion. They were way better than store bought. I've also tried the soda crackers, english digestive & rich crackers in KAF website. For some reason, my comments were removed. Anyway, I always substitute shortening for butter and the baked goods turn out well. I have always wanted to try this recipe and now that you've done it, I will definitely put it on my next to do list. Thanks, PJ. Sorry your comments disappeared, Angelina - where were they, on one of the recipes on the Web site? If you now which, I can try to go in and see what happened...
