This recipe sounds fantastic, and easy. I plan on using it for a New Years Eve party tomorrow. My only question is what type of cheeses did you mix together besides cream cheese? Or was that the only cheese you had used? Thanks! Rebecca, Susan's not here this week, so I don't think she'll be able to answer this. I'd think you could mix up any soft cheeses you like... PJH
