This sounds neat! Any idea how long you can keep the rolls frozen? I'm single, and would like to be able to prepare a bunch at one time and cook them in smaller batches, 5 to 10 at a time, say. You can freeze the bacon-wrapped rolls for up to 6 weeks; just take out what you need when you have company, slice, and bake for an extra 5 minutes. Elisabeth @ KAF
