I have the great pleasure of working with Susan (and PJ) and get to sample many of their creations. From PJ’s cheese bread to Susan’s scallion pancakes. This recipe was amazing! I made it for my family on Christmas Eve. My sons (I have 5) "hoovered" the platter of Bacon Bites! They are very easy to make and are too yummy to put into words! Awwww.... thanks, Tracy!
