Can you make and bake the night ahead? I have to send these for a brunch the night before. I am wondering how long they maintain their yumminess? You can, Lucy - they won't be nearly as good baked the night before, refrigerated, then served at room temperature, though. Any chance you could bake them right at the brunch? You could certainly get them all ready ahead of time and pop in the freezer, then go from freezer to oven, as the recipe indicates... That would be the best choice, if at all possible. PJH
