Oh, how I wish I had seen your blog and read it before making it. I read in the directions the dough is soft but I didn’t know it was like a thick batter. I got online and watched videos to the point of the batter being mixed and saw that mine was just right. Yay! Your post would have been quicker and better because it was the same recipe I used. Thank you!
